This Siamese needs TLC and a rescue ASAP!

Please help find this poor frightened cat a place to go. He was
trapped at night, and the underpaid overworked short staffed ACO for
Heard county got him before noon the very next day, but he was obviously
frantic at being trapped, and did this damage to himself. He allows
himself to be touched, so he is not feral. Just in need NOW.
