Officer Weaver is a one man show in Greenbrier, he runs the shelter, sets traps, adopts out, etc. so he works hard to help these babies; but can't save them all. This little guy, if not adopted by the middle of next week will be put down. If you are interested, Officer Weaver is usually at the shelter from 8-9am and then again at 4:00pm. His number is 643-1003 and he cannot dial long distance, so if you call and you are out of town; you will have to keep calling until you get him.

Here is a heartbreaker... this cuddly love boy is totally blind and has some hair loss. Not sure if it's mange or just because he's so darn skinny. He looks a lot older than he is. I'm guessing his age to be around 7 or 8. He's a good natured boy who was covered in fleas but thanks to Jonelle, he's now had a bath and is frontlined. Someone has obviously dumped this poor fella as he was picked up as a stray and no one has come to claim him. He weighs about 20lbs, is not neutered and is a quiet sweet little guy.?If you can help him, please call Greenbrier Animal Control at 615-643-1003. His time is limited...
