Zoe the Chow Chow is a very sweet and friendly girl who is blind and needs a foster home urgently - her owner was arrested and in Jail and Zoe was left abandoned in a hotel. Please no boarding for her...she is Blind and would be terrified. She is good with people and other dogs and can make her way around ok.
