Emergency Medical Fund for Uber's Leg Surgery

$340 HAS BEEN RAISED SO FAR!

Can you help Uber?

Uber was abandoned in the night drop box at Berkeley Animal Control
several months ago. She had a severely infected broken jaw. She was
only 7 weeks old.

We brought Uber to the Berkeley-East Bay Humane Society (BEBHS)
veterinary hospital and treated her broken jaw and infection.
Unfortunately after her jaw healed, we discovered her left rear leg is
growing abnormally.

Uber needs specialized surgery beyond our capacity to fix her
injured leg. The estimated cost of the surgery is $4,000. We’ve
tried to find her a home in spite of her medical condition, but
we’ve been unlucky so far.

Uber is a sweet, likely purebred, Doberman and is crate trained,
house broken, and trained in basic obedience. She adores people and
dogs, and is spayed and up to date on her shots.

If you are interested in learning more about Uber, please contact
Mary Giuffrida at 510-845-7735 or mgiuffrida@berkeleyhumane.org. If you
have questions about your donation to the Berkeley-East Bay Humane
Society's Emergency Medical Fund, please contact the Development
Department at (510) 845-7735 ext.19.

Please help Uber and the many other wonderful animals who, like
her, need emergency care and a second chance for a wonderful life.

Thank you!
