A226290. "Cindy Lou Hoo the Shih Tzu" looks like she came from straight
from Whoville! She is an adorable 7-pound Shih Tzu, 12+ years old,
spayed female who is blind, deaf, incontinent, and incredibly sweet.
She was found as a stray on 2/6 and needs an adopter or rescue ASAP.
